4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Users of ph365 win are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times while using the platform. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to defraud the platform or other users through collusion, use of automated betting tools or bots, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, money laundering or the use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities, and any form of harassment or abusive behaviour directed at support staff or other users.

In no event shall ph365 win's total liability to any user exceed the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the relevant claim arose. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

Users also have the right to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the ph365 win support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after the deduction of applicable bonus balances and pending transactions will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
